We measure the process. Your customers' information never enters it.
These are the commitments the product is being built to. They will be written into our data and security policy before the first organization shares a single timestamp.
Timestamps only
We read when an application arrived, when it moved to the next step, and when the loan funded. We never read what was entered: no names, account or loan numbers, amounts, credit scores or documents.
The process, never the person
Maps and reports name roles and steps, never employees. Nothing we produce says who is fast or slow; it says where the work waits.
Your goals, your baseline
Every step is measured against the goal your own leaders set, and against your own history. You are never scored against a peer group.
Nothing counts until you review it
A map becomes your baseline only after your department leader reviews it. A time nobody gave is marked as not stated, never estimated.
We secure your data
Your maps, timestamps and documents are anonymized and secure.
Yours to take, yours to delete
Your maps and reports export in full, and deleting your workspace deletes them.
Straight answers
Do you need access to our core or loan system?
Not to start. Mapping needs only conversations with your people. Measuring needs the time and step of each event, which your systems can usually export without any customer information; how that export works is agreed with your team and reviewed by whoever handles your vendor due diligence.
Do you ever see customer information?
No. If an export ever contains it by mistake, it is removed before anything is stored, and we tell you.
We are small and some steps are on paper. Can we still be measured?
Yes. For steps no system records, we set up a simple form or log that records only when a step starts and ends. It costs you no new system.
Is this a peer ranking?
No. You are measured against your own goals and your own history first. Comparison with other organizations comes later, only with those whose process is nearly the same as yours, and only to show what they do differently.
Will this be used to evaluate our staff?
No. The maps and reports describe steps and roles. They are built to fix processes, and they say nothing about any individual.
